REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 3, 2009
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a regular meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:33 p.m.
Chairman Santillan presiding.
Members Flores, Morton, Rodriguez, Castro and Santillan were present.
Also present were Executive Director Haley, Agency Counsel Galante, Secretary
Quinonez and Treasurer Alatorre.
Secretary Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
the Brown Act.

CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Chair Santillan, seconded by Vice-Chair Castro, to approve the
consent calendar and receive and file staff reports.

Item #1 RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE
DEMANDS AND WARRANTS.
RESOLUTION NO. 2009.012 ENTITLED:
RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS
THEREFORE.
Item #2 REVISIT OF FY 2008-2009 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW
Chair Santillan made a motion, seconded by Vice-Chair Castro to pull item #2 in
conjunction with Item #17 of the City Council Agenda.

Item #3 WITH RESPECT TO EVERY ITEM OF BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED
IN CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 54956.8
It was moved by Member Flores, seconded by Vice Chair Castro, and carried to recess to
closed session at 7:09 p.m.
The Agency reconvened at 8:40 p.m.
Agency Council Galante stated that the Agency met in closed session, with respect to
the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -EXISTING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a)
Name of Case: Lynwood Redevelopment Agency vs. Angeles Field Partners, LLC,
et al. Case No. BC379877
No reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Flores, seconded by Chair
Santillan, and carried to adjourn the regular Lynwood Redevelopment Agency meeting
at 8:41p.m.
