SPECIAL MEETING
June 9, 2009
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a special meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:09 p.m.
Chairman Santillan presiding.
Members Flores, Morton, Rodriguez, Castro, and Santillan were present.
Also present were Executive Director Haley, Agency Counsel Galante, Secretary
Quinonez and Treasurer Alatorre.
Secretary Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
the Brown Act.

Item #1. ADOPTION OF THE FY 2009-2010 BUDGET
It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Castro, seconded by Council Member Morton, to
approve the Redevelopment proposed budget.

AND SANTILLAN

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Rodriguez, seconded by
Member Flores, and carried to adjourn the special Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
meeting at 7:41 p.m.
