On or before December 31, 1948, the City of Moab, in Grand County, Utah,
for value received, promises to pay to 1heFirst National Bank of Moab, or order, the
sum of Fifteen hundrAd Dollars (01500.00), at The First National Bank of Moab, in
Moab, Utah, with interest at the rate of four per cent (4%) Ear annum from date
hereof until paid.
Said City further agrees *pay a reasonable attorney's fee in case suit
shall be brought on this note, said Cee td,'tje taxed as a part of the costs in the
case.
This note is issued by th.VCity Council of Moab, Utah, in conformity to a
resolution passed and adopted by ssl/council on the 3rd day of February, 1948, and
under authority conferred upon said.CbUncil by the provisions of Section 15-8-6, Utah
