AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAINPROPERTY TO PAY THE COSTS OF INTERilL IMPROVEMENTS IN THECITY OF' BEL AIRE, KANSAS, AS TTNiNibTONN AUTHORIZED BYRESOLUTTON Nos. WHEREAS' the governing body of the city of Bel Aire, Kansas (the ,,city',) has heretoforeauthorized certain improvements (the "lmprovements,,) to be constructed pursuant to k.s.a. l2_6a01 etseq. and K.S.A. l2-6a26 et seq.(the,,Act,,); and
