RESOLUTION NO. 97 -3632
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE SALARY RANGE OF THE COUNCIL ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE' AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Compensation
A. As listed in Table I, the salary range and steps constitute the compensation plan applicable
to the Council Administrative Assistant's position. This compensation plan is effective
September 1, 1997.
B. In addition, the Council Administrative Assistant shall receive a one -time bonus of $304
for Fiscal Year 1997 -98.
SECTION 2. Administration of the Compensation Plan
A. The employee shall be eligible to receive one step increase within the range of the position
at the time of the annual evaluation.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
