AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IH
("Sewer Connection Fees") of CHAPTER 207 ("Sewers")
of THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret ("the
Borough") as follows:
Section 1. Subsection D of Section 207-22, Fee Schedule Established, of
Article III, Sewer Connection Fees, of Chapter 207, Sewers, of the Carteret
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
D. Review of an application for sewer connection: $250.00
Section 2. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of this
Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such inconsistency.
Section 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this
Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section,
paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of
this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
