RESOLUTION NO. 97 -3636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING THE SALARY
RANGE FOR A FULL TIME VOLUNTEER
COORDINATOR'S POSITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Compensation
A. As listed in Table I, the salary range and steps constitute the compensation plan applicable
for a full time Volunteer Coordinator's position. This compensation plan is effective
October 22, 1997.
B. As listed in Table II, the Mary range and steps constitute the compensation plan applicable
to Part Time Employee Classes and Ranges. This compensation plan, which eliminates the
part time Volunteer Coordinator position, is effective October 22, 1997.
SECTION 2. Administration of the Compensation Plan
A. The employee shall be eligible to receive one step increase within the range of the position
at the time of the annual evaluation.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1997.
