MOTION 2023-079
I move to approve the proposed resolution approving minor special exception TLSE-
2023-0001, Tru Urgent Care/Bellwood Commons, 531 East Market Street, based on
the findings that the proposed use is compatible with neighboring properties
consistent with applicable regulations to the Leesburg Legacy Town Plan and the
Town of Leesburg Zoning Ordinance, and is consistent with the protection of the
health safety, welfare and convenience of the community.
RESOLUTION 2023-063 – Approving Minor Special Exception TLSE-2023-0001,
Tru Urgent Care/Bellewood Commons to Allow and Emergency Care Facility at 531
East Market Street.
