Case No. B23009 - 527 Airport Road; Variance from Floodplain Regulations.
Request filed by Jefferson City Flying Service, lessee of property owned by the City of
Jefferson, for a variance to floodplain regulations. The purpose of the request is to
permit construction of a new 120’ x 100’ airplane hangar as a wet-floodproofed structure.
The property is described as part of Section 16, Township 44 North, Range 11 West,
Jefferson City, Callaway County, Missouri.
Case No. B23010 - 2009 Green Meadow Drive, Front Setback Variance. Request
filed by David Overfelt, property owner, for a 6 foot variance from the required 25 foot
front setback for the RS-1 Low Density Residential zoning district to permit a 19 foot
front setback to accommodate construction of a garage addition. The property is located
on the east side of the intersection of Green Meadow Drive and Whitney Woods Drive
and is described as Lot No. 15 of Greenberry Hills Subdivision Section 1 in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri.
