Town of Leesburg Honors Business Community at 17th Annual
Business Awards on Wednesday, May 16, 2018
Local businesses will be recognized for outstanding business practices in ten
categories.
Leesburg, VA (May 2, 2018) – The Town of Leesburg will host the 17th annual Leesburg Business
Awards on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center Banquet Hall (60
Ida Lee Drive NW) in Leesburg. The reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by the awards
ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
The Leesburg Business Awards is the Town’s premier business event, celebrating the Leesburg
business community and the independent business owners who are the backbone of the
Town’s economy. Outstanding businesses will be honored with awards in ten categories,
including the Rising Star Award chosen by the Leesburg Economic Development Commission. In
addition, one community leader will be recognized with the George C. Marshall Award for
individual commitment to Leesburg above and beyond business contributions.
All members of the Leesburg business community are invited to attend this free event. Please
