AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2021-12, AN ORDIANCE ESTABLISHING THE SIZE OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF
GREENCASTLE,INDIANA,FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED
OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 2022
SECTION SIX: That the Park&Recreation Department shall consist of up to three(3)full-time members,part-time and seasonal employees consisting of laboreres,aquatic,employees,concession,and program instructors.
2022 Hourly Rate for
Hourly Employees
Head Lifeguard-Seasonal $ 15.00
Returning Lifeguard to Greencastle Aquatic Center $ 12.00
First time Lifeguard at Greencastle Aquatic Center $ 11.00
Lifeguards with a WSI certification and teach swim lessons at Greencastle Aquatic Center will receive and additional 75 cents per hour.
SECTION NINE: That the Park Non-Reverting Softball Fund shall pay the Softball Director the following salary with half payable in July and the other half payable in
September.

Softball Director $ 1,500.00
All other terms and provision contained in Ordinance 2021-12 shall remain in full force and effect.
