ROLL CALL The f ollowing Councilmembers were present for roll-call: Present: Ahlers, Deeken, Hensley, Lester, Mealy, Spencer, Spicer, Wiseman, and Wright Absent: Schwartz ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA Councilmember Lester motioned and Councilmember Wiseman seconded the motion to adopt the agenda. The motion passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS AGENDA ITEMS Gail Strope, Human Resources Director, presented the 2023 Kevin Meinhardt Award to Frank Rycyk. Bob Meinhardt, brother of Kevin Meinhardt was in attendance and thanked the Mayor and City Council for continuing to recognize outstanding service to the City in memory of his brother. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Amending Chapter 35 of the Zoning Code to Drive Through Lane Standards and Mini- Storage Standards i.
