CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ron Fitzwater called the December 18, 2023 City Council meeting to order at 6:01 P.M.

ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Councilmember Lester motioned and Councilmember Wiseman seconded the motion to adopt
the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
MISCELLANEOUS AGENDA ITEMS
Gail Strope, Human Resources Director, presented the 2023 Kevin Meinhardt Award to Frank
Rycyk. Bob Meinhardt, brother of Kevin Meinhardt was in attendance and thanked the Mayor
and City Council for continuing to recognize outstanding service to the City in memory of his
brother.
