Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
You are hereby notified of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. This meeting is to be held in person at 10 Jackson Street, Dulle
Towers Apartments, Assembly Room on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:30 a.m.

There will also be an Executive Session to deal with matters of real estate, personnel, and litigation
pursuant to Section 610.021(1), (2), (3), and (8) RSMo, and other matters pursuant to the applicable
provisions of Chapter 610, of the Missouri Revised Statutes, commonly referred to as the “Sunshine Law”.

I, Michelle Wessler, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Secretary of the Housing Authority of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I caused the above and foregoing NOTICE dated
January 11, 2024, to be delivered to each and every Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, serving them with Notice of the Annual Meeting in the manner provided in the
by-laws and have complied with applicable provisions of the Missouri Revised Statutes, Title XXXIX.
