AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
HODULlK & MORRISON
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is in need of specialized
auditing services with regard to review, analysis and recommendation for the
defeated 2006-2007 School Budget; and
WHEREAS, the auditing firm of Hodulik & Morrisou, Highland Park, New
Jersey, possess the requisite knowledge and expertise to provide such services;
and
WHEREAS, the auditing firm ofHodulick & Morrison has submitted a proposal
to provide said services at a maximum cost not to exceed $2,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be
available for the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret as follows:
1. That the proposal by Hodulik & Morrison to· provide
professional auditing services for the review, analysis and
recommendations for the defeated 2006-2007 School
Budget in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00, is hereby
approved.
2. This award is made as a professional services èontract
pursuant to NJ.S.A 40A:11-5(1)(a).
Adopted this 15'" day of June, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16,2006.
