A RESOLUTION SETTING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED ON
BACKFLOW INSPECTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab finds it
necessary in accordance with the Utah State Board of Health to
set a minimum charge on all inspections of backflow devices until
qualified licensed inspectors are in place.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City
Council, that the fee to be charged on all backflow inspections
shall be a minimum of $25.00. This rate is effective as of
January 1991.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of
the Governing Body of Moab City Council this 19th day of
February , A.D., 1991.
