Night-time Milling and Paving Work on Evergreen Mill Road
Extended to Thursday, June 7, 2018
Leesburg, VA (May 24, 2018) – The night-time milling and final surface paving work on
Evergreen Mill Road, originally scheduled to be completed this week, has been extended to
Thursday, June 7, 2018, due to inclement weather.
The work area is Evergreen Mill Road from Tolbert Lane to Heritage High School.
Work hours remain from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. nightly, Sunday through Friday. During milling
and paving operations, crews will maintain one lane of traffic by flagging operations. Motorists
should exercise caution when driving in this area and follow flagger directions.
The work schedule is subject to delays for inclement weather or mechanical difficulties. Any
changes will be posted to the Town’s website (www.leesburgva.gov), Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/LeesburgVirginia), and Twitter account
