AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY REZONING 0.24 ACRES OF LAND ADDRESSED AS
602 ELLIS BOULEVARD FROM C -O OFFICE COMMERCIAL TO N -O
NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICE.
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to
zoning have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate, being located in the City of
Jefferson in Cole County, Missouri is rezoned from C -O Office Commercial to N -O
Neighborhood Office:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: From the center
of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 5 degrees 00 minutes East, along the Quarter Quarter
Section Line, 105.75 feet to the northerly line of Tanner Bridge Road; thence South 67 degrees
49 minutes West, along said northerly line, 30.25 feet; thence North 0 degrees 44 minutes
West, 149.1 feet, to the southerly line of Ellis Boulevard; thence North 83 degrees 39 minutes
West, along said southerly line, 143.0 feet; thence North 79 degrees 25 minutes West, along
said southerly line, 19 feet, to the beginning point of this description; thence continuing North
79 degrees 25 minutes West, along the southerly line of said Ellis Boulevard, 91.09 feet; thence
South 0 degrees 49 minutes West, 138.38 feet; thence North 83 degrees 36 minutes East, 70.0
feet; thence North 10 degrees 56 minutes East, 116.0 feet, to the beginning point of this
description. Containing 0.24 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
