Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, the meeting and public hearing will be conducted in person and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. New Cases: 1. 186 Common St. — Evan and Gwendolyn Nabel request a Special Permit Finding under §4.06 for relief from §5.04 to allow the addition of a mudroom to the rear of the existing house, within a pre-existing non -conforming side setback. Property is located in the S-6 (single-family 6) zoning district. ZBA-2021-14 2. 110 Galen St. — Galen Street Service Station Inc. requests an Amendment to Special Permits ZBA-97-07 and ZBA-68-908 under §9.05 to allow a 765 sq. ft. addition and associated site improvements, including updated landscape, striping, and improved stormwater management systems. Located in the LB (Limited Business) and 1-2 (Industrial -2) zoning districts. ZBA- 2021-15 III. Continued Cases: 1. 23-25 Molloy St. — Traolach Cahilone requests a Variance from §6.02 (j), front yard parking, for a pervious driveway and parking at the terminus of Molloy St. Located in T (Two -Family) zoning district ZBA-2020-24 2. 115 Waverley Ave. — The Watertown Housing Authority requests a Special Permit Finding under §4.06 for three one-story additions to provide handicap -accessible common facilities and improve two existing one -bedroom apartments to make them handicap -accessible, within the required front and rear setbacks. Two existing parking spaces will be converted to handicap - accessible spaces. Located in the R 1.2 (Residential 1.2) zoning district. ZBA-2021-13.
