AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE 2006-2007
VILLAGE BUDGET AS PROVIDED FOR ON EXHIBIT
"A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the 2006-2007 Village budget was adopted pursuant to the Village Charter and
based upon estimates of revenues and expenses in various categories; and
WHEREAS, as a result of operations for the fiscal year, certain changes are necessary in
various categories for fiscal year 2006-2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Budget Amendments Approved and Adopted. The Budget of the Village of
Key Biscayne for fiscal year 2006-2007 is hereby amended as outlined in Exhibit "A" to this
ordinance.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption on second
reading.

Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance will be considered
on
Second Reading by the Village Council of the Village °Wei Efiscayne at a
meeting to be held on Tuesday, Sep enibeT23209Bli rettp.m., in the
Council Chamber, located at 560 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne,
Florida:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA;
AMENDING THE 2006-2007 VILLAGE BUDGET AS PROVIDED FOR
ON EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of
the Village Clerk. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and
be heard with respect to the prop,lOrdinance. Any person wishing to
address the Village Council °nary item at this Public Hearing is asked to
register with the Village Clerk prior!° that item being heard.
In accordance with the American With Disabilities Act of 1990, all
persons who are disabled and wharpeed special accommodations to
participate in this proceeding because of that disability should contact the
