APPROVING PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER OF PLENARY RETAIL
CONSUMPTION (HOTEL/MOTEL EXCEPTION) LICENSE #1201-36-064-001
HELD BY MUER RESTAURANT HOLDINGS, L.L.c.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for a Place-to-Place Transfer of Plenary Retail
Consumption (HotellMotel Exception) License #1201-36-064-001 issued to Muer
Restaurant Holdings, L.L.c., an inactive license with a mailing address of 5 Darlington
Drive, Rockaway, NJ 07866; and
WHEREAS, the submitted application fonn is complete, the transfer fees have been paid
and the license has been properly renewed for the current license term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret does hereby approve, effective July 7, 2006, the Place-to~Place Transfer of the
aforesaid ABC License from its inactive state to premises located at 30 Minue Street,
Carteret, New Jersey 'to sell alcoholic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes,
rules and regulations of the State of New Jersey and with the resolutions, ordinances,
rules and regul-ations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning said Jicenseto
be held by them until said license expires, unless sooner revoked;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Place-to-Place Transfer on behalf of the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copies of this resolution be sent
forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, P.O. Box 087 Trenton, New Jersey
08625-0087.
