RESOLUTION APPROVING FIREWORKS FOR CARTERET'S ETHNIC
FESTIVAL AT CARTERET PARK
\VHEREAS the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret believe that
having a fireworks display at the Ethnic Festival, would be an enjoyable way to
enhance the event and an appropriate symbol of community pride; and
\VHEREAS in order to obtain a pennÎt to display the fireworks it is necessary
for the Borough to adopt a resolution approving said display.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Borough Clerk
be and are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to
obtain any and all pennits to facilitate "Carterct's Ethnic Day Festival" fireworks
display.
