CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ron Fitzwater called the February 5, 2024 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:46 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Ahlers, Deeken, Hensley, Lester, Mealy, Schwartz, Spencer, Spicer,
Wiseman, and Wright
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Spencer will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous Agenda Items
- Mayor Fitzwater will present a proclamation to the Jefferson City Lady Jays
Volleyball Team and Superintendent Bryan McGraw, congratulating them on
winning the 2023 Central Missouri Activities Conference championship.
Presentations from Staff, Consultants & Invited Guests
- Shiela Pearre, Director of Finance and I.T., will present the monthly financial
update.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their bill to be introduced.
- Councilmember Spencer will request to suspend the rules for bill 2023-076
Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolutions.
