The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session Monday, December
15, 1969 at 7:05 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - clerk
Arthur Theis, Rayburn Anderson, Wayne Neddermeyer, Harold
Winterhalter, William Rudolph, Paul Gubrud and George
Gubbins present.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter for the adoption for the resolution accepting
the proposal of Juran and Moody, Inc. for the purchase of $100,000.00
temporary improvement bonds.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.

Dale Kennedy appeared to discuss the matter of snoi4bile races in Medina.
He is to appear at the January meeting when action can be tpken.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P. M.
