April 20, 2022 4:30 PM Greencastle City Hall
I. Pledge of Allegiance
II. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: William Dory, Trudy Selvia
and Craig Tuggle.

V. Approval of Minutes
A. Regular Session — March 16, 2021 - Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve
the regular session minutes as presented, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0,
motion carried.
VI. Approval of Claims
A. Water - Motion by Craig Tuggle to approve the Water Claims in the amount
of $61 ,902.31 , second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried.
B. Wastewater-Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the Wastewater Claims in
the amount of $91,513.86, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.

A. Traffic Study for Fawnview- Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve using
Traffic Engineering Inc in the amount of $34,800 Option C, second by Craig
Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
B. Stormwater Ordinance - Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve Christopher
Burke Engineering to provide a stormwater ordinance in the amount of
$8,700, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
X. Adjournment
Motion by Trudy Selvia to dismiss at 4:50 PM, second Craig Tuggle,
3-0, motion carried.
