An Ordinance fixing Rater Rates In the Tcrn of Rellsburg,Iowa,
whein measured by Meter.
Be it Ordained by the Town Council of the Incorporated Town of
Tellsburg,Iowa:-
1. That vrhen city Tvater is measured by mater,the consumer
shall pay for the water so used at the rate of 40 cents per
M gallons,but no consumer sh 11 pay less than 50 cents per
month for 'eater so used by them.
2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
3• This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication as required by law.
