ORDINANCE NO. AO "7 13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A $108,256.87 CONTRACT WITH
WIRELESSUSA FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DOOR ACCESS
CONTROLLERS AND READERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WirelessUSA is hereby approved as the best qualified firm to install door
access controllers and card readers.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with WirelessUSA for the purchase and installation of the equipment and software.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.

Contract Summary Document
RardwarrMaintenance:
Covers calls Monday — Friday 8:00 am — 5:00 pm. After hours, weekends and holidays would be
subject to a $415.00 call -out fee.
Fee for maintenance for years 1-3 for controllers and readers, in warranty is $1,500 per year.
Fee for subsequent years for maintenance for controller and readers, out of warranty is $2,400
Per year.
Software as a Subscription Fees:
Year 1 fee is $6,410.00
Response Time:
Emergency: Respond within 4 hours
Non -Emergency: Respond same day if call is received prior to noon. CAIN received after noon
may be same day or next day.
Schedule:
Installation will be scheduled within 2 — 3 weeks of receipt of hardware and supplies. Installation
and training are to be completed no later than 12 weeks from execution of contract.
SaaS and Maintenance will begin upon completion of installation and training and will continue
for one year from that date.
