I. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Nancy A. Michael called the joint executive session to order at 12:02 PM
B. Clerk Treasurer, Teresa P. Glenn recorded the following persons to be present:
L Greencastle Common Council
a) John Lame, Bob Sedlack, and Tom Roach
2. Greencastle Redevelopment Commission
a) John O'Ilair, Steve Gauly, Gwen Morns
3. Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center
a) Bill Dory, Executive Director and Tim Gierke, President
4. Also present were
® a) Laurie Hardwick, City of Greencastle Attorney
b) Shannon Norman, City of Greencastle Planner

A. A joint executive session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle and
Redevelopment Commission was held March 11, 2005 at 12:00 Noon. to discuss
I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(4). No other matters were discussed.
III. Adjourn
A. Meeting was adjourned at 1:30 PM
