RESOLUTION 99 -3741
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPOINTING PERSONNEL AND AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE
SIGNATURES FOR THE DRAWING OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER:
SECTION 1. Lee Van Ma is hereby appointed Acting Deputy City Treasurer, effective March
16, 1999.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the City
Treasurer to utilize Facsimile Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of the
Government Code.

SECTION 3. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and checks.
