The Council of the Village of Medina met In special session Tuesday,, December
17, 1968 at 8:10 P. M.

Moved by Rayburn Anderson to grant Madlyn A. Seneseall an off -sale liquor
license for six months from January 1, 1969 to June 30, 1969, subject to the
approval of the Police Department and with the stipulation that residency
be waived for a period of six months.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch to issue a cigarette license to Mickey's Bottle St,oppe
for 1969.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson that we set up a $720,000.00 General Obligation
Improvement Bond sinking fund for the Hamel sewer and water project."
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Moved by Arthur Theis that we transfer $44,525.00 to the bond sinking fund
immediately.

Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch that we set up a sewer and water construction fund.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to grant the Village Clerk authorization to transfer
all costs of the sewer and water project that are now charged to the General
Fund to the Construction fund.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.

Moved by Rayburn Anderson that we pay Fiddl and Mary Theis $13,700.00 for the
balance of the payment for the ponding area upon the recommendation of the
attorney that the legal requirements h2ve been met.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.

Moved by Arthur Theis that we install a street light at the end of Maple Lane
at the northwest cul-de sac of Medina-Morningside.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Police salaries discussed. Moved by Arthur Theis that we set Sargeant Eisinger's
salary beginning January 1, 1909 at $650.00 per month and that the part time
police officers salaries be increased to $3.00 per hour.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson

Discussion on road supervisor.
Moved by Arthur Theis that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
