Be it ordained by the Town Council',
of the Tcwn Council of the Town
of Wellsburg, Iowa, That: —

That the o,%ners of d-gs shall pay
to the Town Cleik an annual License
fee thereon as follows: If paid be-
fore July first in each year, for each
male dog the sum of Two Dollars, for
eachabitch the sum of Five Dollars. If
r.ot paid until after July first of any
year, for :ach male dog, Four Dol-.
Mars. and for each bitch ten (j10.00)
