IL Budget Review /Recommendations
A. Mayor Michael presented a memo to council
1. Discussion
a) It was decided that we need to ask for an excess levy during the budget
process for 2006.
b) Bob Sedlack stated that the Assessed Value must be correct and why is
this continuing to happen.
c) Recommendation to accept the Department of Local Government
Finance Budget by Tom Roach, second by Mark Hammer, unanimous
approval.
]II. Ordinance No. 2005 -3 — An Ordinance Amending the Salary Ordinance 2004 -17, Second
Reading
A. Motion to accept this ordinance as presented by Tom Roach second by Russ Evans,
unanimous approval.
IV. Resolution No. 2005 -4 — A Resolution Authorizing A Temporary Loan For The City of
Greencastle General Fund From EDIT Fund in the amount of $300,000.00.
A. Mark Hammer motion, John Lame second, unanimous approval.
V. Bob Sedlack asked to make a few comments.
A. Comment regarding Cinergy Metronet what is status. Mayor Michael stated looks
like late summer early fall for implementation of this project.
