without exception. All presentations shall be made from the podium unless other accommodation
is requested and granted.)
4. CITY HEALTH INSURANCE DISCUSSION

a. The Chair will entertain a motion to adjourn the public session, and pursuant to Sec.
610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, go into Closed session to discuss the
following:
i. Attorney client privilege [Sec. 610.021(1)]
ii. Individually identifiable personnel records [Sec. 610.021(13)]
