RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3754
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION AND
DENYING ZONE VARIANCE 99 -1376, A REQUEST TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL SECOND -STORY LIVING AREA
WHICH WOULD INCREASE THE TOTAL LIVING AREA OF THE
DWELLING FROM 2,128 SQUARE FEET TO 2,862 SQUARE FEET
FOR AN F.A.R. OF .39 AT 5112 AGNES AVENUE IN THE SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R -1) ZONE. (BARROCAS/BABIKIAN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. After fully considering information contained in the staff report to the City Council
and information contained in the Planning Commission staff' report as well as the Planning Commission
minutes; and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on June
1, 1999, the City Council denies the requested zone variance, based upon the findings contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 99- 1919PC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on 1st day of June, 1999 by the following
