Call to order; Roll Call
A. The City of Greencastle Common Council Greencastle, Indiana met in
executive session on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 in the City Hall Boardroom at
6:15 p.m.
II. I.C. 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b) (6) Personnel
A. (b) Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been
threatened specifically in writing. (6) With respect to any individual over
whom the governing body has jurisdiction:
1. Councilors Present: Tom Roach, Bob Sedlack, John Lanie, Russ
Evans, Mark Hammer- absent
® 2. Others Present: Nancy A. Michael, Teresa P. Glenn, Tom Sutherlin,
Laurie Hardwick, Sue Murray.
B. No other matters were discussed..
