~, on May 14, 1993, an appeal pursuant to Article 33 of Ompter II of
the Nevada County Land Use and Development Code was filed by Lonnie and
Sam Wolff re: County Planning File No. V93-11; E1S93-12, on denial of an
application for Use Pemfit, and
WItI~,F. AS, the Town of Truckee has assumed jurisdiction by reason of its
Incorporation,
NOW, TI-II~~ BE IT RFSOLVEB:
1. That a Hearing on Appeal on County Planning File No. V93-11; E1 S93-
12 is hereby fixed for June 24, 1993, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereaiter as
the matter may be heard,
2. That the Town Clerk is directed to post and public notice of such
Appeal Hearing in accordance with law.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 3rd day of June, 1993, by
Council Member Botto who moved its adoption, which motion being duly
seconded by Council Member Drake was upon roll call carded and the Resolution
adopted by the following vote:
