RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3755
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY UPHOLDING THE. PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION AND
APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 25369 AND ZONE
VARIANCE 99 -1373, A REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE AN EXISTING 66
FOOT WIDE R -1 PARCEL INTO TWO LOTS, ONE OF WHICH IS A
FLAG LOT AT 9911 GARIBALDI AVENUE IN THE SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL (R -1) ZONE. (BRICO DEVELOPMENT AND JOHN B.
ABELL, INC.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and
information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning Commission
minutes; and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on June
1, 1999, the City Council approves the requested zone variance and tentative parcel map, based upon the
findings contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 99- 1921PC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON 1ST DAY OF JUNE, 1999.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on 1st day of June, 1999 by the following
vote:
