AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
ROBERT J. BERGEN, ESQ. AS
THE BOROUGH ATTORNEY FOR THE YEAR 2006
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET, THAT
WHEREAS, on Jannary I, 2006, Robert 1. Bergen, Esq., of the Law Firm of Gill
& Charnas, LLC was appointed as Borough Attorney for the year 2006 pursuant

WHEREAS, it is desirable to have a contract document which sets forth the basic
terms and conditions of the employment of the Borough Attorney.
