6:00 PM City Council Meeting
The meeting was convened at 8:18 P.M. by Councilmember Ahlers for the
purpose of election of officers.
Members of the Committee were present by roll call:
Present: Ahlers, Lester, Young, Spicer, Schwartz
Absent: None
Councilmember Ahlers opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice-Chair.
Chair – Councilmember Schwartz nominated Councilmember Ahlers as Chair.
Councilmember Schwartz motioned to cease nominations and elect
Councilmember Ahlers by acclamation. Councilmember Spicer seconded the
motion. Councilmember Ahlers was elected unanimously.
Vice-Chair – Councilmember Schwartz nominated Councilmember Spicer as
Vice-Chair.
Councilmember Schwartz motioned to cease nominations and elect
Councilmember Spicer by acclamation. Councilmember Ahlers seconded the
motion. Councilmember Spicer was elected unanimously.
Adjourn
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time,
Councilmember Ahlers moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilmember
Schwartz, and approved unanimously at 8:20 P.M.
