RESOLUTION 99 -3784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITYAUTHORIZING FACSIMILE SIGNATURES FOR THE DRAWING
OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER:
SECTION 1.

Charles Martin is hereby appointed Interim City Manager, effective October 5,
William Hart is hereby reapproved as Deputy City Treasurer, effective October 5,
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the City
Treasurer to utilize Facsimile Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of the
Government Code.

SECTION 4. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and checks.
SECTION 5. The City. Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
