A RESOLUTION CHANGING RESOLUTION 05-90
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council finds it necessary to clarify
Resolution 05-90 regarding the fees charged for overnight
rentals; and
WHEREAS, currently only Bed and Breakfast establishments are
paying Gross Business License Fees and Flat License Fees; and
WHEREAS, in order to ensure consistency among the fees
charged and paid for overnight rental licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City
Council, that all overnight rental establishments shall be
charged the Gross Business License Fee only, and no Flat Licese
Fee shall be imposed.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of
the Governing Body of Moab City Council this 16th day of
July , A.D., 1991.
