RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3788
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION AND
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 52951 AND APPROVING
ADMINISTRATIVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 99 -1362 TO ALLOW
SIX (6) RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS AT 6046 -6056
PRIMROSE AVENUE (HUANG /JONG)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and
information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well the Planning Commission minutes;
and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on October 19,
1999, the City Council approves the Negative Declaration, requested Tentative Tract Map and
Administrative Conditional Use Permit, based upon the findings and conditions contained in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 99- 1930PC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON 19TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1998.
