RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3793
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT 52995 AND ADMINISTRATIVE
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 99 -1397, A REQUEST TO ALLOW A
RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF SIX (6) DETACHED
CONDOMINIUM UNITS AT 5340 & 5342 WELLAND AVENUE IN THE
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (R -2) ZONE. (LEE /JONG/EGL &
ASSOCIATES)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and information
contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning Commission minutes; and based upon
testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on December 7, 1999, the City Council
approves the requested Tentative Tract Map and Administrative Conditional Use Permit, based upon the findings
and subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 99- 1937PC as well as revised plans
date stamped November 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the
book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON 7TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999.
