RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3794
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION AND
DENYING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 25701 AND ZONE VARIANCE
99 -1393, A REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE AN EXISTING R -1 PARCEL OF
LAND INTO TWO PARCELS, ONE BEING A FLAG LOT, WITH THE
EXISTING LOT HAVING ONLY SIXTY (60) FEET OF WIDTH
(INSTEAD OF THE MINIMUM REQUIRED 70 FEET OF WIDTH) AND
WITH A PROPOSED POLE - DRIVEWAY OF TEN (10) FEET (INSTEAD
OF THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FLAG LOT STREET FRONTAGE OF
FIFTEEN (15) FEET) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9470
OLIVE STREET (WU /SHEN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and
information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning Commission
minutes; and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council on
December 7, 1999, the City Council denies the requested zone variance and tentative parcel map., based
upon the findings contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 99- 1931PC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON 7th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999.
