I move to approve the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLOA-2023-0001
revising Articles 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 18 for the purpose of establishing a Continuing
Care definition and regulations based on the findings that the amendment furthers
objectives of the Town Plan, and that the proposal would serve the public necessity,
convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice.
