RESOLUTION 00 -3803
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE SIGNATURES FOR THE DRAWING
OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER:
SECTION 1. Mary R. Tataseo, as City Clerk, is hereby appointed as an authorized signer
effective February 1, 2000.
SECTION 2. William Hart, as Assistant City Manager/Public Services Director, is hereby
removed as an authorized signer effective February 1, 2000.
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the City
Treasurer to utilize FReRimlle Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of the
Gove e.
Charles R. tin
Interim City Manager
Mary R.
City Clerk
rancine Maldonado
City Treasurer
SECTION 4. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and checks.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
