February 26, 2013 Meeting Minutes

In attendance: Colleen Charleston, Mary Jo LaFreniere, Dan Terry
Absent: Scott Aghababian Carole Nathan
Meeting called to order by Colleen at 7:15PM.
Minutes to the January meeting were read and approved.
Request from HHS Varsity lacrosse for helmets was reviewed. It was decided to give
$3,000 towards this request as there is not enough money to cover the entire cost of the
request. A motion was made by Colleen to fund the project, seconded by Dan and
approved unanimously.
A check request for Senior Fitness for $335.00 was signed.
A discussion was had regarding the 2012 scholarship winners. Colleen noted that only
3 winners had turned in the required paperwork to date. It was decided to wait for them
to send in the information, no reminders will be sent. In the future, letters to the winners
will include a date that the required information has to be in or the scholarship money
will go back in the fund.
Next meeting is Tuesday, April 4, 2013 (March meeting cancelled).
Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
