THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT, made and
entered into this 6th day of August, 1979, by and between the
City of McCall, a runicipal corporation located in Valley County,
Idaho, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the Payette Lakes
Water & Sewer District, Valley County, Idaho, a sewer district
organized and existing under and by virtue of Chapter 32,
Title 42, Idaho Code, and lying adjacent and contiguous to the
geographical boundaries of the City of McCall, Idaho, hereinafter
referred to as the District,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto made and entered into a Cooper-
ative Agreement dated December 15, 1977, hereinafter referred to
as said Agreement;
WHEREAS, the parties m9.de and entered into a First Amend-
ment to Cooperative Agreement dated December 4, 1978, (herein-
after referred to as said First Amendment);
WHEREAS, the parties hereto made and entered into a Second
Amendment to Cooperative Agreement dated the 4th day,of June,
1979, (hereinafter referred to as said•Second Amendment); and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto now desire to make this Third
Amendment to Cooperative Agreement as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said agreement, and
amendments thereto and in consideration of the additional cove-
nants and agreements hereinafter set forth the parties hereto do
hereby further amend said agreement by the addition of a new
section thereto to read as follows:
Section 18. COMPLIANCE WITHIN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. It is agreed by and between the parties
hereto that said parties shall comply with the User Charge
System, Industrial Cost Recovery, Sewer Use Ordinance and
Operation and Maintenance requirements of the United States
Environmental Protection Agency, in order to obtain disbursement
of funds therefrom.

IT IS FURTHER SPECIFICALLY AGREED by and between the
parties hereto that in all other respects said Cooperative
Agreement as amended December 4, 1978, and June 4, 1979, shall
be and remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Third Amendment to Cooperative Agreement to be executed by
its respective officials pursuant to due resolution of each,
the day and year frist above written.
