Employees Recognized for Dedication and Service to the Town
More than 80 employees were recognized during the annual event.
Leesburg, VA (October 12, 2018) – Employees
who have worked for the Town of Leesburg
five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years were
recognized during the annual Employee Service
Awards on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.
Town Manager Kaj Dentler presented
certificates of appreciation to more than 80
employees. Among them was Public Works
Assistant Superintendent Brian Tribby,who has
been with the Town for 35 years. Deputy
Director of Public Works Charlie Mumaw,
Leesburg Master Police Officer Bill Wolff, and
Utility Plant Supervisor Rodney Lloyd (pictured at right) all celebrated 30 years with the Town.
“The Service Awards Recognition Ceremony is an annual honor for any Town Manager as it is
not just an opportunity to recognize our employees for their years of service, but to honor
them for providing outstanding service to our residents, businesses, and visitors,” Dentler said.
“I am very proud of our employees, and we genuinely appreciate their dedicated service.”
Mayor Kelly Burk, Vice Mayor Suzanne Fox, and Council Member Marty Martinez helped
present each employee with a certificate of appreciation during the event. Town employees are
recognized annually during Customer Service Week.
