ORDINANCE 2012 -11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS OF THE
GREENCASTLE CITY CODE REGARDING TRAFFIC AND PARKING
REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 8 of the Greencastle City Code describes the Traffic and Parking
Regulations for the City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to update its list of no parking zones, schedule of one -way
streets, and schedule of reserved parking spaces within the City of Greencastle.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
it hereby amends the following sections of Chapter 8 of the Greencastle City Code:
Section 8 -15, Schedule of One -Way Streets

All other traffic and parking regulations contained is Sections 8 -15, 8 -22 and 8 -24 of the
Greencastle City Code, not specifically amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. This
Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common Council and its
approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana this 13 day
