A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
DECLARING THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB IS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has right and title to the certain real property listed
below and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at the present
time, it has no use whatsoever for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
that:
1. The following described real property is hereby declared as
surplus:
Beginning at a point which lies west 2,165.0 feet from the
northeast corner of Section 7, T. 26 S., R. 22 E., of the
S.L.B. & M. and running thence west 145.0 feet; thence
south 240.0 feet; thence east 286.65 feet; thence north
30'31' W. 278.59 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1.19 acres, as recorded by a warranty deed dated September
14, 1951, by Emma L. Walker.
2. The value of the real property described above is $500.00 or 30
(thirty) cents per cubic yard of gravel removed, whichever is greater.
3. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon posting.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City Council this 17th day of July ,
A.D., 1991.

i ARRANTY DEED
EMMA L. WALKER, of Moab, Utah, Grantor, hereby
conveys and -warrants to the CITY OF MOAB, a municipal
corporation, Grand county, Utah, in consideration of the
sum of Two'hundred Dollars, the following described tract
of land. in Moab, Grand county, Utah, to wit:
Beginning. at .a pointwhich lies west
2,165.0 feet from the northeast corner
of Section 7, T. 26 S., R. 22 E., of
the S.L.H. &'M. and running thence west
145.0 feet; thence south 240.0 feet;
thence east 286.65 feet; thence north
30°311 W. 278.59 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 1.19 acres.
Witness the hand of said grantor this 14th day
of September, 1951.
